Sapphire's Wedding Car's terms and conditions.

1. As many of the cars pre date the seat belt regulations they are not fitted with either front or rear seat belts. Children will not be carried in the front seats.
   
   
2. Every care is taken to maintain these elderly vehicles in first class condition, but in the unlikely event that the car booked is unable to complete the engagement owing to mechanical failure, accident or any other cause whatsoever, then whilst the company will use its best endeavors to provide a satisfactory alternative and/or return any prepaid deposits or hire charges, no liability will be accepted by the company for any consequential loss.
   
   
3. A non refundable deposit of £25.00 is required on booking, the balance of hire charge to be paid 1 week before the wedding date, cheques to be made payable to Mr.J.T.Pointon.
   
   
4. All prices and offers on this site are for a wedding and reception taking place within a 20 mile radius of Rochdale Lancs. A quotations for a wedding or reception outside this area may be obtained using the form on our Contact Us page.
   
   
5. Booking are accepted only on the understanding that the hirer understands and accepts the above terms and conditions and payment of the deposit signifies such acceptance.
